Do you handle both commercial and residential?
Yes. Commercial and industrial door systems are our core, and we service residential garage, entry and patio doors across the GTA.
What is the difference between a commercial and residential door?
Commercial doors meet building and fire codes, higher cycle counts and security requirements; residential doors prioritize insulation, appearance and quiet operation.
How much does a commercial door cost?
It depends on type, size, fire-rating and hardware — quoted per opening after a site review, usually the same day. It might range from $1,000 to $10,000 depending on the door.
How long does it take to install a commercial door?
Standard replacements take a few days to several weeks; custom storefronts and fire-rated assemblies run longer, on lead times of 4 to 8 weeks.
How long does it take to make a service call?
Typically about an hour to reach a job site in the core GTA, and up to an hour on site to fix it. For the Southern Ontario belt, allow up to two hours to reach you. A return visit is sometimes needed to complete the repair.
